Because of this website I sometimes get mails from other enthuiasts who continued developing the font. With their permissions the results are offered for download here:

The following version has been send to me by "Thomas". He wrote that he simplified the curves. Then he renamed the font to "FixedDisplay" and sent it to me.

In June 2010 I got an interesting development from Miciah Anderson. He wrote:
Made this font because I wanted to use Fixedsys at 18pt. On a HD monitor 9pt was just too small and my eyes are old. All pixelated edges have been made straight lines. At 9pt it is identical to original.
